Join Lauren Ko, founder of the popular Instagram account @lokokitchen, for an evening of tart art! Lauren will walk participants through the process of making a basic shortbread crust and a fluffy peanut butter mousse, and she’ll demo two of her signature tart top designs. Participants will have the hands-on opportunity to practice these creative techniques and take home a ready-to-eat tartlet of their own design! Class ends with a tasting session of Lokokitchen creations!
