In this design-focused 1.5-hour fruit tart class, participants have the opportunity to create their very own tart art! Lauren will demo how to make a buttery shortbread crust, an easy no-cook filling, and she will guide students through her design process. This class makes tart art accessible to baking experts and novices alike, and all participants go home with a ready-to-serve masterpiece!
